Today at Buddy's Science Camp, the kids got to hide behind a protective glass barrier while soda bottles filled with dry ice exploded! When Buddy was telling us about it tonight, I was asking him the directions so I could recreate what sounds like a very awesome experiment. Buddy couldn't quite fill me in on all the things that went into the explosion other than the dry ice. Although Shane, thanks to his wayward youth, said he knew exactly how to make them. Then he also said making them is against the law (since it's considered a bomb and all), but that he would make them on the 4th of July. That's when Buddy stepped in and told Shane that he was being a bad example! Ha....When did this kid start growing up?
Well, I just said he was growing up, not that he was mature! So all in all a super fantastic, setting an example, day!
