I've been trying to get Buddy to learn his multiplication tables for weeks now. Buddy has been distracting me from teaching him for weeks now.....
When I say distraction, I really mean distraction...
He's so good, he's even got me distracted......
I'll admit, wagon riding is A LOT more fun than math! So all in all a super fantastic, still didn't do our schoolwork, day!
When my kids was learning any subject they didn't like or was having trouble with, I made it into a game.
ReplyDeleteUsually you son't let kids write on the fridge but you can write on a fridge with dry erase markers. They think they are getting to do something they're not supposed to and then they are also learning.
Also, when you give snacks like grapes you can give him some then say, "If I multiply what I gave you by 3, how many more will you have?"
