Visits....

 We got some professional pictures from our Mana Road excursion.... 

Sadly, we don't have any photographic evidence of my serious biff! Oh well, the memories will have to live on in my bruises!!!! In other news, my sister came to visit bringing one of her kiddos! They like me so much they stayed for a whole 36 hours.....36 hours full of fun....

Maybe next time, they'll like me enough to stay for 48 hours!!!!! One can only hope! So all in all a super fantastic, wishing for more time, day!

Easter Celebrations....

I didn't get Buddy an Easter Basket this year.....instead, he got to go with me to chaperone a bunch of high school kids while we mountain biked Mana Road... 

 

That's right 50 miles of hard core mountain biking, including an overnight stay in some cabins...

and some serious road rash....

Thankfully, most of the road rash ended up on me and not the other kids!!!!

Buddy and I had a fantastic time! In other news, apparently we have a new driver in the family....

So all in all a super fantastic, we're pretty hardcore, just ask us, day!

What was I thinking....

I bought the boys kazoo's...

 Not sure what I was thinking. Thankfully, I got a little smarter and took them for a hike....

Unfortunately,  it turned into a hike with kazoos! But hey, I've been losing my hearing lately anyway! So all in all a super fantastic, sent Jordan home with one and now I may be on the poopy list with his mom, day!

Works for me.....

I cut back my hours at work.....today was my first day. I think Buddy celebrated my newfound freedom rather well....

So all in all a super fantastic, off tomorrow too, day!

Scouts honor....

Don't let this goofy face fool you, he's on his way to scouts where.....for the past month they've been building a skateboard ramp. Today is the day for breaking in the ramp! He even made me make a special pit stop to pick up his favorite two boards!

So all in all a super fantastic, putting on a goofy show, day!

Prom...enade?

I finally got to go to the prom.....as a chaperone with actual responsibilities.....

 Thank goodness I take my job seriously.....

 Thank goodness my co-worker/hot date does too....

 We were like social napalm, wherever we went, the kids parted. I think it was quite effective shattering the hopes and dreams of many a high schooler! In other news, Buddy babysat.....

 and by the looks of that cloud formation, the aliens have landed!

So all in all a super fantastic, I can't wait for my professional prom pictures to come in, day!
