Hair diddy....

Buddy spent his day off for Presidents' Day wisely...

Well, if you consider making a bazillion boomerang videos at his friends' house while he was getting his hair done! 

Yep, time well spent! Somehow I got jipped in the video making, but he did grace me with one single solitary picture....

Then I graced myself with a picture since I got my hair done too and needed to document my coif before walking 2 steps and getting it knotted and gnatted or pulling it up in a ponytail like usual...

Yeah, the boomerang videos are better. Oh well, next time. So all in all a super fantastic, got our hair done, day!

Buddy and I were goofing around today. I know, totally out of character for us....

While we were goofing around we found an app to up the awesomeness in our picture taking....

Discovery isn't just on a channel....

Buddy and I went to a health food store last week. I know, totally weird, right? Normally  we try to stay out of those places, because according to Buddy "they smell funny". I'm going to have to agree with him on that one! Anyway, whilst browsing through all of the overpriced organic merchandise, we discovered this....

 Yep, that's right...boxed water. It cost almost $3, but it's been worth it's weight in gold because Buddy has been refilling that sucker nonstop since we bought it! Turns out it was packaged in Michigan.....which makes me wonder if that's why it's in a box you can't see through? In other news, we've put our squirrel coffee cup to good use...

So all in all a super fantastic, finding new things, day!

A few weeks ago, we hosted 2 of Shane's aunts for a week. A few days ago, they sent Buddy a package in the mail. A package filled with the most glorious things in the world, like googly eyes and handerpants (that would be underwear for your hands). Buddy has been wearing his handerpants non-stop since he got them, I finally pried them off of him so I could wash the aforementioned, now disgustingly dirty, handerpants!

Squid fingers, because regular fingers are totally last year.....

and a miniature cup for coffee to give the squirrels a little sip of java heaven. We don't have squirrels on this island, so Buddy made due with the closest relative to a squirrel we have here...

Yep, pretty squirrely if you ask me! In other news, my boy is awesome...his best friend isn't so bad either....

They had been making Illuminati symbols, but I made them change their hand signs to hearts because Illuminati signs outside of an LDS temple just seemed wrong, but what do I know? Those boys are goobers! Anyway, back to the aunts.....they have definitely earned their spot as great-aunts! I don't think I've laughed that hard at the contents of a package....well, ever....which makes me think I need to start sending packages to others to give them a giggle like we got! It was awesome! So all in all a super fantastic, our great aunts are greater than yours, day!
