The Puppies!

So I had some extra time while at the Dog Camp, and one of the workers tipped me off about the "secret" puppies. Apparently they don't tell the guests, otherwise they'd never be able to get them back on the helicopters to leave! I must admit, I didn't want to leave them either!

So, Buddy sure has been a good boy lately, and as soon as we have a place with a yard...... :)

What a rough life....

Life here in Alaska is so tough....



Especially when you have these lurking around every corner...


All in all, a super fantastic, daddy needs to hurry home from work, day!

My boy, the genius....

So while Shane was at work today we took advantage of the freakishly warm weather. We went to the playground and played on the beach....





Yep that's right, he's putting sand in his pants. Maybe it's not so irritating if you do it to yourself. Maybe he is a genius after all...


All in all a super fantastically warm day, the Beeders...

Let the adventure begin...

Today was our first official day in Alaska, it started out with an Alaskan breakfast of pancakes(at McDonalds, where the locals have been eating for hundreds of years), then to a playground to enjoy the freakishly warm weather.
Then Buddy practiced his radio etiquette...


Followed by a helicopter ride given by a really cute pilot, but he kept trying to get in our pictures and made us call him daddy(it only felt weird when I slipped him a $5)






Afterwards we did some adventuring around town and found a hole for Jerry to live in, I guess next time we'll have to bring her. It's her hole, she needs to live in it(I'm glad we finally found her home, gee I'll be so said to see her go). Don't worry about Buddy, he's not sad, I think we were playing opposite day, that's his happy face...


All in all a super sleep inducing fantastic day...

Beverly Cleary has nothing on us....

Yep, that's right, she's got Ralph and the motorcycle, we've got Jerry and the car...




Jerry has Ralph beat hands down, I don't remember Ralph handing out any unsolicited kisses. After Jerry took a spin around the apartment we decided to practice being royalty. We've been practicing our royal pout, I think it's been perfected!



After perfecting our royal pout, onto saving the world...
