The replacements....

Thank goodness we are completely replacing our boring existence with some serious awesomeness.....

It's so awesome I believe Buddy feels a little like this....

Yep, that's right, he's King of the World! So all in all a super fantastic, kingly day!

Firsts.....

I'm still mooching.....errr, I mean I was totally invited to continue to stay with my sister today! Thank goodness I'm her favorite sister or Buddy and I might be slumming it at my parents who are unluckily without running water for a few days thanks to a rusty/broken water pipe! Today we were introduced to several things, first, what our life would be like if we had a bunch of girls in the house....

Yep, that's right a Dance Party Dance A-thon, which was awesome! Especially from my vantage point (yep that's me lounging in the lounger.....Sheesh, somebody had to!

Then we were introduced to diving lessons, my niece Ashely has been getting diving lessons for years and actually competes and does fantastically well. Buddy had his first lesson today......

He loved it and is now ready to go to Southpoint and do some serious cliff diving. Errr, thank goodness he's signed up for the rest of the month to practice before he makes the 50 foot jump!

Then we were introduced to the fine art of how to use mundane items for a goofy prop.....

Ummm, oh wait, nope that wasn't a first, but it sure was fun! So all in all a super fantastically moochy day!

Heaven.....

Who knew that being stuck in a hot van with several cousins would be so heavenly? Especially when the entertainment looks like this....

We are still embarrassingly mooching off/ staying with  my sister, using her connection to 7 ready made playmates and Buddy couldn't be happier! We went swimming, well, after Darth Vader used his powers for good...

Errr, if the powers for good means somehow escaping household chores because you're too busy running around hopped up on lemonade! Which in that case, I think Darth may be onto a little something there! . If Donna (my sister) doesn't watch out, I may try to escape back to Hawaii with a few more kids! I'm a nice sister though and I'll let her pick her favorite one to keep, So all in all a super fantastic, loving the family...perhaps a little too much, day!

Bubbly personalities.....

Buddy has been hanging with his cousins non-stop since we arrived here!!!!! Thank goodness for his bubbly personality to keep them entertained. Well, perhaps we should thank his cousin Sara for replenishing his bubbliness? Not much today, took the kids to Kangaroo Zoo (think awesome inflatables to climb and slide on) for 6 hours. I really did expect them to be exhausted when we got home....no such luck. Instead when we got home they decided to pour an entire container of bubble mix all over the slide in my parents backyard for an extra whooshing effect. Man, where were these kids when I was a kid? The most creative I got with bubbles was using a fanning effect to get the bubbles out of the bubble wand! Tomorrow is Father's Day (well, our second one this year, we're just awesome that way). I have to admit I'm pretty stoked about celebrating it with my father.....even if he did traumatize me as a kid by telling me whoopin' lies when I was a kid and too naive to know that my dad is the jokester of all jokesters! So all in all a super fantastic, fair playing...

Sliders.....

We decided to do the Alpine Slide today. Thank goodness we were smart enough to bring along a few extras....

 Cause you never know when you'll need a spare kid to do the grunt work....

Or more importantly, when you'll need a spare kid to go down the ride with you because you're too scared to go by yourself, but you think riding with your mom is for babies.....

 So all in all, a super fantastic, sliding around, day!

I'm surrounded.....

Not sure what it is about Utah, but there are a bunch of freaks around here.....

It's not weird that I complain about the freaks and then I'm in 2 of the 3 "freaky" pictures is it? Nah, I didn't think so either! So all in all, a super goofing around, day!

Activities of the day......

Today was chock full of excitement, first we saw the Who's sing in Whoville..... (ok, it was really my niece's folk dance recital, but it was a lot more magical picturing them as the Who's)!

  Stopped at the local body wash to get the deluxe wash on one super stinky boy....

Thank goodness we paid extra for the undercarriage wash!

 While we were at it we decided to save some beached whales....FYI, they were all saved.....

 Then we decided to work on the 3 R's( reading, riting, and rhythmatic)....

Is it just me or is it a little strange that Buddy hates school, but he loves to visit them?

 Anyway, we got really hungry, so the Budster went to catch us some fish.....

Errr, he must've remembered I was on a diet, apparently an all fiber one to digest those paper fish!!!! Yummm! So all in all, a super fantastic, playing with cousins, day!
